On the occasion of the upcoming International Day of Yoga, Yogoda Satsanga Society (YSS) is organizing in-person and online events to promote the well-being of body, mind, and soul.
During these programs, we will learn how to cultivate peace within ourselves through the practice of yoga meditation. There will be a guided meditation session which will include the practice of correct posture, preliminary breathing exercises, an affirmation, and a visualization.
