💡 The introductory talk by Swami Smaranananda Giri will go into the "why" of meditation, the motivation and benefits. At 6:30 pm YSS monks dedicated to meditation practice over multiple decades will walk interested attendees through the "how-to" of meditation -- with step-by-step instructions and hands-on practice - that they can try right there and take home.
